PEAS - SNOW
Snow peas are crunchy and can be eaten cooked or raw. Unlike a sugar snap pea, a snow pea has a flat pod with peas that bulge out, being favorable in a sauté or stir fry. Our favorite way to eat them is sautéed with butter, garlic, and lemon zest and then garnished with fresh mint.
STORAGE: Store in a closed container or plastic bag in fridge. They will keep for 1-2 weeks.
PRESERVATION: To extend the harvest, trim the stem and freeze.
