ONIONS - FRESH

Fresh onions are onions that are right from the field and have not yet been cured. Their skins have moisture in them, making them easy to peel. There’s nothing like a fresh onion.

STORAGE: Store in the fridge, especially if they have the greens. Fresh onions will last for about a month.
